Our MISSION
"To mentor, resource & empower leaders to have healthy growing youth ministries and to lead young people into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ."
Our GOALS
- To have 75% of our youth groups engaging young people in developing spiritual habits of a Disciple by 2013.
- To build an active Young Adult Ministry by 2011.
- To develop a Regional Youth Coach system by December 2009.
Our KEY STRATEGIES
- MENTORING: To mentor leaders through system of regional youth coaches.
- RESOURCING: To resource leaders with relevant tools to grown healthy leaders and ministries.
- EMPOWERMENT: To mentor leaders through a closer relationship with the youth department.
- DISCIPLESHIP: To help young people become life-long students of the Master, Jesus Christ.
- HEALTHY YOUTH MINISTRIES: To encourage leaders to focus on five core biblical purposes for a healthy youth ministry.
- HEALTHY STAFF: To care for youth department staff for long term ministry effectiveness and healthy practices.
